A licensing application has been spotted for the restaurant chain Bill's. The application suggests that the restaurant may soon be occupying 13 Nelson Road which is currently Cafe Sol. The owners of Cafe Sol started a petition last year to try to stay in their current premises which was formerly Burton's.
