Part Time Caretaker needed

    Would be perfect for someone looking to top up their working hours, or perhaps someone who isn't quite ready to retire but would like a few hours a week to keep them out of the house!

    MUST be able to commit to evenings and weekend work on a regular basis.


    Caretakers: Main Duties
    • Opening and closing of the Forum Community Centre
    • To meet the needs of visitors, customers, tenants and staff of the centre
    • Ensure rooms are set up for clients
    • Show potential user around the premises
    • Carry out weekly fire checks
    • Carry out Monthly fire checks
    • Carry out annual fire checks
    • Ensure additional equipment for users is in good working order
    • Perform day-day maintenance tasks
    • Ensure Health and Safety of all user’s and staff at all times
    • Cover Reception when required
    • Book rooms when required
    • Take buffet’s to rooms after Café hours
    Closing Date: Jan 31st.
