Small restaurant chain Peyton & Byrne has submitted a planning application to Greenwich Council for some alterations needed at 20-22 Greenwich Church Street for their proposed new restaurant.

Landlords Greenwich Hospital recently rebuilt the properties to make them more in keeping with neighbouring properties in Greenwich Church Street. It was one of the ideas they outlined when they announced they were dropping their big redevelopment project in the market.

The previous retail units were occupied by Bullfrogs and Darlings of Chelsea. Peyton Byrne has restaurants and bakeries / coffee shops in London and Brighton. They say of their food offering:

Eating at Peyton and Byrne restaurants is all about experiencing the best of British produce, cooked with respect and great flair. Our chefs have a real passion for unearthing the finest British producers and sourcing the highest quality ingredients out there.

Here is their planning application for painting and they have another one for non-illuminated signs.
