It's not very often you see a Woolwich Ferry going past Greenwich. In fact, it used to be about once a year with their Annual Charity Trip for kids from across London - a tradition which has been revived by Briggs Marine who took over the running of the service this year. On Saturday, the ferry John Burns, took hundreds of disabled children along with their families and carers up to Tower Bridge and back. Those on board enjoyed ice creams, a disco and entertainment from pearly kinds and queens.
